LED Emitters are semiconductor devices that emit light when current flows through it. This category includes Infrared (IR), Ultraviolet (UV), and Visible. Infrared (electromagnetic radiation) is invisible to the human eye with wavelengths from around 700-800 nanometers (nm) to 1 millimeter (mm).
